Develop and maintain process safety management policies, systems, procedures, and guidelines across ADNOC and its group companies.
Provide process safety expertise throughout project phases including concept development, FEED, engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, and decommissioning.
Participate in process safety studies including HAZOP, PHA, SIL, QRA, LOPA, and other hazard identification and risk assessment workshops.
Ensure consistent implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Critical Equipment Systems as part of the Asset Integrity Management System.
Collaborate with operating companies to ensure safe operating procedures are developed and implemented for critical equipment systems.
Participate in design reviews and evaluate procedural changes related to Management of Change activities.
Support development of programs that enhance process safety culture across ADNOC group companies.
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and international best practices related to process safety management.
Participate in process safety audits and support implementation of recommended improvements.
Review and compile process safety performance reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
Participate in investigations of process safety incidents and support implementation of corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with process safety management frameworks across ADNOC operations.
Compile and analyze process safety key performance indicators and prepare performance dashboards.
Provide technical advice to enhance process safety performance across operating assets.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 9 years of experience in process safety management within petrochemical or oil and gas environments.
Strong knowledge of hazard identification techniques and risk assessment methodologies.
Experience participating in HAZOP, SIL, QRA, and other advanced process safety studies.
Familiarity with asset integrity management systems and safety critical equipment monitoring.
Strong understanding of international process safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
Professional certification such as Certified Process Safety Professional is considered an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.Skills Set
