- Troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble, and inspect electro-mechanical assemblies and drilling tools.
- Perform complex diagnostic testing and fault identification with minimal supervision.
- Repair, modify, and rework non-conforming equipment to restore operational standards.
- Break down, redress, and reassemble oilfield tools for redeployment in drilling operations.
- Ensure compatibility of equipment with job requirements and other operational tools.
- Apply logical troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Provide coaching and technical support to junior technicians and field personnel.
- Maintain compliance with ADNOC Drilling HSE policies and asset integrity management codes.
- Maintain tools, lifting equipment, and safety gear in safe working condition.
- Contribute to method statements, technical reporting, and near miss documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and operational efficiency.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in mechanical or industrial environments such as oilfield, airline, military, or automotive sectors.
- Working knowledge of forklift, crane, and torque machine operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Familiarity with company standards, procedures, and asset integrity requirements.
- Basic computer literacy and English communication skills.
