Guildhall is currently hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading company in Dubai specializing in high-end villa renovations and luxury fit-out projects. This role focuses on driving business growth within Dubai's premium residential market, working closely with high-net-worth clients and exclusive villa communities.Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
- Manage and convert inbound client inquiries into projects
- Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, property owners, and investors
- Present luxury fit-out and renovation solutions to clients
- Work closely with internal design and project teams to develop proposals
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targetsRequirements:
- 2-6+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Mandatory experience in fit-out, interior design, or construction industry
- Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals
- Strong network within Dubai's real estate or property sector is highly preferred
- Experience dealing with high-value projects and clients
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
