- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations and standards applicable to PV solar projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies. • Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to EHS standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct EHS training sessions and toolbox talks for site personnel and contractors to raise awareness of safety protocols and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE regulations and promote a culture of safety on the site.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
