This is an individual contributor role responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across the Middle East & Africa. The position focuses on driving go-to-market initiatives, market analysis, and commercial growth within the medical devices portfolio.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market access and opportunity assessments across MEA markets
  • Perform in-depth market analysis, including:
  • Installed base analysis
  • Competitive landscape evaluation
  • Pricing strategy and structure development
  • Identify growth opportunities to improve customer loyalty, retention, and share of wallet
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including conferences, workshops, and digital initiatives
  • Create engaging and informative marketing content and materials
  • Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional regional and global teams to implement product portfolio strategies
  • Drive branding, advertising, and promotional activities across channels

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive marketing experience within the medical devices industry (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Go-to-market strategy development and execution
  • Market analysis and market access frameworks
  • Competitive intelligence and pricing strategy development
  • Strong understanding of MEA healthcare markets, with exposure to multiple countries and market dynamics
  • Experience operating within multinational, matrixed organisations (preferred)
  • Highly developed analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
  • Currently based in the UAE, with proven local market experience
