- Act as the primary Recruitment Marketing partner for assigned strategic business segments.
- Deeply understand business priorities, workforce challenges, and talent needs, translating them into clear recruitment marketing and EB strategies.
- Develop and present annual recruitment marketing plans, including personas, messaging, channels, events, storytelling, and activation roadmaps.
- Align and manage allocated global budgets to deliver agreed strategic outcomes.
- Communicate and advocate recruitment marketing strategy across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Lead and animate the Recruitment Marketing / EB community aligned to the business, sharing best practices, local insights, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders (Digital EB, Internal Communications, Marketing, DEI, Sustainability, TA, Strategic Sourcing).
- Partner with Digital EB teams to define asset needs and support content creation across the funnel.
- Provide end-to-end project management for recruitment marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and compelling representation of the business across global channels (Careers Site, Glassdoor, Indeed, CRM journeys, etc.).
- Drive targeted nurture strategies for CRM talent pools in partnership with TA and Strategic Sourcing.
- Actively support the progression of talent through the Brand-to-Hire funnel.
- Track and interpret recruitment marketing and digital EB performance data to inform strategy and investment decisions.
- Partner with analytics teams to build executive-level and operational reporting on recruitment marketing and B2H impact.
- Monitor ROI of initiatives and continuously optimize based on performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Operations Lead on through-the-funnel content, candidate journeys, and measurement frameworks.

- 7+ years' experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent marketing.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business and TA leaders in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Brand-to-Hire funnel, CRM-led nurturing, and candidate journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to guide strategy and investment decisions.
- Experience working with global EB platforms and tools (CRM, career sites, digital media, analytics).
- Exposure to early careers, DEI, or senior talent attraction strategies.
- 7+ years' experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent marketing.
- Proven experience partnering with senior business and TA leaders in a global or matrixed organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Brand-to-Hire funnel, CRM-led nurturing, and candidate journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
