- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell Real Estate projects using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to field sales).
