Sales RepresentativeJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :
  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell Real Estate projects using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license (if applicable to field sales).
