Data Administrator

• Responsible and accountable for dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to customer request and specifications.
• Responsible and accountable for relaying to drivers with work orders, and necessary information.
• Responsible and accountable for collecting & verifying the shipping documents from the customers and to handover to the drivers.
• Responsible for managing the performance of drivers during the shift
• Responsible for timeously submitting all the requisite reports to superiors
• Responsible for handling emergency situations as per Operations emergency SLA / protocol.
• To keep a regular track of the drivers and prepare a control chart for the day-to-day shipments and report to immediate superior.
• Responsible for doing any other logistics related functions as requested or required.
• Maintain a polite, diligent, positive and professional attitude at all times; demonstrate knowledge and build customer confidence
