• Deliver excellent guest service and ensure every visitor enjoys a positive dining experience
• Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA when interacting with guests and colleagues
• Engage with guests daily to gather feedback and improve service quality
• Support the Food and Beverages Manager in executing IKEA food service standards and operational plans
• Ensure attractive food presentation and communication of menu offerings
• Monitor availability and display of top selling food products throughout the day
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in kitchen, production, and dining areas
• Support implementation of food promotions, activities, and seasonal menu changes
