  • Prepare samples and independently collect diffraction data
  • Solve and refine small molecule crystal structures, including complex or challenging systems
  • Analyze structures exhibiting twinning, disorder, or time-dependent changes
  • Perform structure refinement using electron diffraction data collected via specialized instrumentation
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary research projects within the Smart Materials Lab
  • Support supervision and mentoring of undergraduate and PhD students
