Job Title: Arabic-Speaking ReceptionistJob SummaryWe are seeking a professional and friendly Arabic-speaking Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, well-organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in Arabic and English
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position
  • May require working in shifts depending on company needs
