- Liaise with design, content, video, and events departments to compile assets for internal and external projects, pitches and meetings.
- Track key editorial and events deadlines, following up with teams to ensure projects are on track and roadblocks are cleared.
- Serve as a communication bridge between leadership, editors and central services, ensuring clear and timely updates, tracking and reporting.
- Undertake special editorial, events or admin projects ad-hoc, with flair and accuracy.
- Assist with project coordination and cross-department communications.
- Create Canva presentations, templates, and mock graphics for upcoming projects, events, and launches.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Support the events department with pre, on-site, and post-event logistics.
- Manage calendars, organise meetings, and share scheduling updates.
- At least two years of experience in media or events business.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritise effectively.
- Proactive and dependable with the ability to anticipate roadblocks.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, highest standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in content creation for events, editorial, or social media.
- Strong grasp of Canva, Microsoft Suite, CRM, and CMS software.
- Understanding of the media landscape in the Middle East, with a passion for all things media and content creation.
- A balance between creative and analytical thinking.
- Ability to understand the importance of and maintain confidentiality related to the business and employees.
- Fluent English, fluent Arabic desirable.
