We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning and scheduling for a major marine works development project. This role is responsible for managing the project baseline, monitoring progress, coordinating across design, procurement, and construction, and ensuring timely delivery of all marine packages.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (design, procurement, marine construction, handover).
  • Monitor progress of marine activities (dredging, piling, concrete, armour placement).
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports, dashboards, and recovery plans.
  • Coordinate interfaces between marine, temporary, and onshore works.
  • Support risk management, delay analysis, and EOT/variation evaluations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in construction planning, 5+ years in marine/coastal projects.
  • Advanced Primavera P6 and MS Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • UAE marine experience, PMP/PSP, and Power BI are a plus.
