- Driving sales growth by leading and closing deals with key clients
- Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for the managed portfolio of clients that optimizes sales growth
- Regularly reviewing clients' performance and designing individual sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights and business intelligence to inform sales strategy and tactics
- Presenting sales progress and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the improvement of product, process, and client relationships
- Playing an instrumental role in the external narrative of TikTok in the market and staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and technology advancements.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals, preferably with complex multi-business clients.
- Experience in analyzing data driving conclusions and delivering recommendations.
- Sales or Business Development background and solid knowledge of the Advertising Market.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is essential to the nature of the region and businesses this employee will be managing (Turkish Market).
- Strong sales acumen and proven ability to influence decision-makers (including senior / c-level stakeholders)Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in digital sales is a plus
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Strong business and commercial acumen as well as an understanding of different business models.
