- Ensure effective distribution of the full "BRAND" product range across all active routes and retail outlets.
- Identify and secure new retail accounts, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process to expand distribution footprint.
- Plan and optimize van routes for full territory coverage, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring service quality, issue resolution, and long-term business growth.
- Monitor in-market execution, ensuring daily visits, coverage, and customer engagement goals are met.
- In-Store Visibility & Asset Management - Ensure product placement and in-store visibility standards are executed in line with company guidelines.
- Deploy and monitor the use of company POS materials, displays, coolers, and other visibility tools across the market.
- Take full responsibility for the correct usage, maintenance, and in-store presence of all assigned visibility assets.
- Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of Van Sales Representatives, setting clear
- Conduct regular field coaching to improve sales skills, route productivity, and
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and implement corrective
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on sales performance, stock levels, asset deployment, and team productivity.
- Track competitor activities, pricing changes, and market trends, providing actionable insights to management.
- Monitor promotional campaigns and provide field-based feedback on effectiveness, visibility, and customer response.
- 5-10 years of experience as a van sales supervision, preferably within the FMCG
- or beverage sector
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Traditional Trade market, including route planning,
- distribution practices, and retailer management.
- Proven ability to lead and coach field teams to deliver consistent in-market execution and results.
- Familiarity with POS deployment, field merchandising tools, and execution of trade marketing plans.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of field sales tracking systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, results-driven, and self-motivated with strong problem-solving Capabilities.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
