Job Description :
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Oversee cost accounting and analysis to drive operational efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards
  • Manage financial risks related to foreign exchange, commodities, and market fluctuations
  • Optimize working capital and cash flow management across global operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and business planning
  • Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to senior leadership
RequirementsQualified CA / CPA / ACCA8–15 years of experience in manufacturingStrong expertise in FP&A, costing, and financial reportingHands-on experience in risk management (forex, commodity & financial risk)Exposure to international trade, working capital & cash flow managementProven leadership and stakeholder management skills
