- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care including ICU management and long-term follow-up
- Collaborate with paediatric cardiologists, anesthetists, and intensivists for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in emergency surgeries and on-call rotations
- Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and fellows
- Contribute to research, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate medical records in line with hospital standards
- Medical degree with specialization in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiac Surgery from a recognized institution
- Board certification such as American Board, FRCS, or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years of post-fellowship experience
- Proven expertise in complex paediatric cardiac surgeries
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English with Arabic as an advantage
- Experience in high-volume or GCC healthcare settings preferred
