  • Operate cranes and forklifts within rated capacities to lift and transport heavy materials and equipment
  • Verify load weights against crane load charts and ensure lifting capacity is not exceeded
  • Position and secure heavy components safely before lifting operations
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on lifting equipment
  • Report mechanical faults or malfunctions immediately to supervisors
  • Ensure lifting operations are conducted smoothly and in accordance with operational procedures
  • Consider environmental factors such as weather and ground conditions when performing lifts
  • Maintain effective communication with signal persons during lifting operations
  • Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and hazard-free after completion of tasks
  • Comply with work permit requirements and traffic safety regulations
  • Maintain valid registration, insurance documentation, and required consumables
Ideal Profile
  • Completion of Primary Education
  • Minimum 4 years of experience operating cranes and forklifts in industrial environments
  • Valid UAE heavy-duty driving license
  • Good knowledge of crane load charts and lifting safety procedures
  • Understanding of HSE regulations and ADNOC Code of Practices
  • Ability to work safely under varying environmental conditions
