- Operate cranes and forklifts within rated capacity limits to lift and transport materials safely
- Check load weights and verify lifting capacity using approved load charts
- Position heavy equipment and materials carefully to avoid damage
- Inspect site readiness before lifting operations and ensure ground stability
- Follow manufacturer operating instructions and company safety procedures
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on lifting equipment
- Report mechanical faults or malfunctions to supervisors promptly
- Maintain communication with signal persons during lifting activities
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, work permits, and mandatory safety codes
- Maintain lifting equipment documentation, registration, and inspection records
- Keep work areas clean and hazard-free in line with housekeeping standards
- Completion of Primary or Secondary Education
- Valid UAE heavy-duty driving license
- Minimum 4 years of experience operating cranes and forklifts in industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of load charts and lifting safety procedures
- Ability to work in oil and gas plant environments with safety compliance awareness
