Supervise architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to meet design and performance standards
Coordinate with contractors, engineers and consultants to resolve architectural and construction issues
Ensure construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations and environmental requirements
Identify and address on-site design conflicts, recommending practical solutions to maintain progress
Maintain detailed site records including daily logs, inspection reports and change documentation
Prepare progress reports for clients and project stakeholders, highlighting risks and corrective actions
Participate in inspections, snagging and project handover activities
Liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met and design objectives are delivered

Ideal Profile

Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Master's Degree preferred
5 to 8 years of experience in architecture and construction supervision roles
Proven experience working on site within consultancy or supervision environments
Experience in large-scale horizontal building projects preferred
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials and construction methodologies
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulatory standards
Effective communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary project teams
