Job DescriptionOur client, a Higher Education Institution, is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead them into their next phase of growth and transformation. The incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and take responsibility for overseeing the execution of these plans whilst working with the Board of Directors and other Senior Management, to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies.Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree relevant field, MBA preferred.
Proven track record of executive leadership, preferably as a CEO or senior executive - Tech sector would be highly advantageous
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Integrity, ethics, and a commitment to upholding the organization's values.
