It requires extensive market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of business development initiatives to meet ADNOC Distribution's growth objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international sales strategies for lubricants, aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify and analyze potential new markets and distributors; conduct feasibility studies.
- Achieve sales and margin budgets for assigned territories, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
- Implement marketing plans and promotional activities to boost brand presence.
- Maintain close relationships with major customers, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead initiatives for expanding business into new market segments and countries.
- Oversee credit management processes and ensure timely debt collection.
- Analyze competitive activities and market trends to refine pricing strategies and enhance ADNOC's competitive edge.
- Represent the company at international seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lubricant sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of initiating and growing lubricant businesses in international markets.
- Strong understanding of lubricant industry workflows, operations processes, and financial management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
