  • Direct and supervise process engineering teams to ensure integrity, quality, and timely delivery of technical studies
  • Provide expert technical advice to operations on process engineering matters
  • Prepare performance and progress analysis reports, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards for the Process section
  • Review and approve EPC contractor engineering deliverables related to process and control systems
  • Evaluate system and equipment designs to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
  • Provide on-site technical consultation during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases
  • Act as Technical Authority for process engineering and mediate technical disputes
  • Develop and authorize key engineering documents including philosophies, policies, and design basis
  • Support development and revision of process engineering standards and technical specifications
  • Identify innovative technologies and process enhancements to support business objectives
  • Represent process engineering in HSE studies and risk assessment workshops
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry
  • Strong expertise in process design, plant operations, and EPC project coordination
  • In-depth understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven leadership and technical decision-making capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
