- Direct and supervise process engineering teams to ensure integrity, quality, and timely delivery of technical studies
- Provide expert technical advice to operations on process engineering matters
- Prepare performance and progress analysis reports, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards for the Process section
- Review and approve EPC contractor engineering deliverables related to process and control systems
- Evaluate system and equipment designs to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
- Provide on-site technical consultation during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases
- Act as Technical Authority for process engineering and mediate technical disputes
- Develop and authorize key engineering documents including philosophies, policies, and design basis
- Support development and revision of process engineering standards and technical specifications
- Identify innovative technologies and process enhancements to support business objectives
- Represent process engineering in HSE studies and risk assessment workshops
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas industry
- Strong expertise in process design, plant operations, and EPC project coordination
- In-depth understanding of industry codes, standards, and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership and technical decision-making capabilities
