  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate process engineering activities across projects and operational assets
  • Prepare performance analysis reports and recommend corrective technical actions
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Review EPC contractor engineering deliverables related to process and control systems
  • Evaluate system and equipment designs to ensure safe and efficient plant operations
  • Provide on-site process engineering consultation during construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases
  • Act as Technical Authority for process discipline and mediate technical disputes
  • Develop and authorize key engineering documents including philosophies, policies, and design basis
  • Support and enhance process engineering standards and codes of practice in line with industry best practices
  • Identify and recommend technical innovations to improve operational performance
  • Ensure process engineering support for HSE-driven studies and workshops
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent engineering discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry
  • Strong knowledge of EPC project execution and commissioning support
  • Experience in technical authority or senior advisory roles
  • Deep understanding of engineering standards, regulatory compliance, and HSE requirements
