- Plan and organize the company’s general procurement operations in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
- 5 years of experience and knowledge in laws and regulations related to contracts, procurement, tenders, and multiple sourcing of resources.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, specifications, and quality standards with suppliers; prepare contracts, agreements, and purchase orders in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to contracts and procurement, and provide senior management with the necessary information to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Leadership, communication, and coordination skills with various departments within the company.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle numbers and information accurately and logically.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with suppliers and business partners.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
