  • Diagnose and manage conditions including chronic ear infections, tonsillitis, airway obstruction, hearing loss, and speech related disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to pediatric patient needs and medical history
  • Perform pediatric ENT surgical procedures when required to address structural or functional abnormalities
  • Provide specialist consultation for complex pediatric ENT cases within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain comprehensive medical documentation in accordance with hospital clinical governance standards
  • Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, pediatricians, and rehabilitation specialists to support integrated pediatric care
Ideal Profile
  • Licensed medical doctor with specialization in Otolaryngology and expertise in pediatric ENT practice
  • Western medical training or international specialist qualification preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience practicing as a consultant pediatric ENT specialist
  • Strong diagnostic and surgical expertise in pediatric otolaryngology procedures
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality pediatric patient care in hospital environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams
