Job DescriptionThe Chemical and Petroleum Engineering Department at the United Arab Emirates University is seeking a research assistant in the area of Drilling Engineering. The research assistant should be knowledgeable of drilling operations, drilling fluids formulation design, and testing. The candidate should be able to conduct laboratory experiments, gather data, conduct literature reviews, and write reports. The preferred candidate should have demonstrated experience in the formulation and testing of drilling fluids and fluid characterization.Minimum Qualification
B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0. • A score of at least 6.0 on the IELTS • Good technical writing skills • Flexible approach and initiative in executing the role. • Commitment to providing a safe and healthy workplace
