- Breaking complex projects into simpler tasks and setting goals and timeframes
- report on weekly basis for the meeting
- Folder management for all project related documents
- Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
- Invite contractors and suppliers for tender / RFQ
- Coordinate for compliance documents required for authority approvals
- Prepare correspondence to authority for document submission
- Any other project related supports to the PM
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or a similar role
- Experience with relevant project management softwares
- Experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills
