Senior Data Scientist - Machine Learning and Product Algorithms - Talabat - Dubai, UAE

• Develop and deploy machine learning models that support product intelligence, user personalization, and business optimization.
• Transform complex and ambiguous business challenges into data driven solutions and measurable performance outcomes.
• Design scalable machine learning systems that support operational decision making across product and business teams.
• Build predictive models and recommendation systems to improve user engagement and platform performance.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, insights, and performance drivers influencing product usage and business outcomes.
• Design and evaluate experiments including A B testing and multivariate testing to measure product improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify high value data opportunities.
• Develop data models and measurement frameworks that track product performance and key business metrics.
• Generate automated analytical reports and dashboards to support strategic decision making.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology, mathematics, or related technical fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong experience developing machine learning models including recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and pattern recognition.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as Scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LightGBM, or similar tools.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and strong programming skills using Python or R for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with experiment design, statistical analysis, and causal inference methodologies.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and dimensional data design.
• Experience working with large scale data platforms and cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform or BigQuery preferred.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools or pipeline orchestration frameworks such as Airflow considered advantageous.
