• Analyze complex business problems and translate them into data-driven solutions and measurable objectives.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models and generative AI solutions that improve product intelligence and operational decision making.
• Design and implement algorithms to solve business challenges related to user behavior, recommendation systems, and platform optimization.
• Build and maintain data models that enable performance measurement and analysis across product and business operations.
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and experimentation including A/B testing and multivariate testing.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to identify high-impact data opportunities.
• Develop automated reporting systems and dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision makers.
• Perform data profiling and collaborate with engineering teams to understand source data systems and improve data quality.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to improving internal data science practices and processes.
• Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics that guide product and operational improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Postgraduate degree is considered an advantage.
• Four or more years of experience working in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence roles.
• Strong experience developing machine learning and generative AI models.
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and experience performing large-scale data analysis.
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis and machine learning development.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and dimensional data design.
• Experience designing and analyzing statistical experiments including A/B testing.
• Experience working with product data such as user events, engagement metrics, and conversion analytics.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or BigQuery is considered an advantage.
