Manage and execute engineering projects within ADNOC Drilling fleets from planning through final handover.
Develop project strategies including execution plans, schedules, and budget coordination.
Coordinate technical documentation including drawings, transmittals, and project correspondences.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC Codes of Practice, asset integrity standards, and HSE requirements.
Lead project review meetings to track progress, identify issues, and maintain timelines.
Coordinate bid evaluations, respond to technical queries, and recommend contractor selections.
Oversee EPC contractor activities, construction supervision, and project implementation.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance indicators.
Review contractor submissions, invoices, and claims while ensuring contractual compliance.
Conduct construction site visits to track progress and quality of project activities.
Support commissioning, pre-commissioning, and factory acceptance testing activities.
Manage project close-out processes including final acceptance certificates and documentation transfer.
Track warranties and defect liability periods while coordinating corrective actions with contractors.
Promote strong collaboration between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
Minimum 8 years of project management experience within oil and gas, drilling, or petrochemical industries.
Proven experience managing EPC projects, contractor relationships, and engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of asset integrity standards, engineering project coordination, and construction management.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across operations, procurement, and technical teams.
Strong analytical thinking, documentation management, and reporting capabilities.
