The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries, delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Interior Detail Specialist & Site Coordinator to manage technical drawings, detailed design development, site coordination, project documentation, and cost-related deliverables. The successful candidate will ensure accurate execution of design intent, quality control, and compliance across all project stages.Key ResponsibilitiesThe key duties and responsibilities of the Interior Detail Specialist & Site Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
  • Prepare detailed Interior Technical Drawings and construction packages
  • Develop comprehensive joinery, millwork, and custom furniture details
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for interior works
  • Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress inspections
  • Manage project packages, submissions, and approvals
  • Review and verify ID deliverables and submissions before issuing
  • Monitor site implementation and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation
  • Ensure compliance with project stages, timelines, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 4–10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical, detailing, and BOQ preparation skills
  • Proven experience in joinery, millwork, and site coordination
  • Solid understanding of construction methods and site practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
