- Develop, implement and review the Archiving policy, in Coordination with the ADMIC
- Develop controls and procedures necessary to organize the collection, publication, sharing and documents and records classification
- Ensure a proper implementation of the National Library and Archives centre requirements
- Manage archiving tools and systems and ensure a proper integration with the National Library and Archives.
- Develop, implement and review the Data management policy and framework, in Coordination with the concerned business units
- Set up the platform for manage the data and information exchange, in coordination with the concerned business units within client and the concerned authorities.
- Develop the criteria governing statistics data within the databases and according to the international standards and as per The Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority guidance.
- Collect, classify, organize, and assist Business units in analysing data and statistics related to CLIENT activities in accordance with the approved international and statistical classifications, and conduct the necessary analytical statistical studies.
- Conduct inspections in Business units progress regarding implementing Archiving and data management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standards.
