- Manage financial and statutory accounting for assigned entities
- Prepare monthly financial reports including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze work-in-progress and assess project profitability and cost efficiency
- Monitor financial performance and gross profit margins
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare financial analysis, reports, and key performance indicators
- Liaise with auditors and support audit processes
- Handle tax matters including GST filings and corporate tax coordination
- Coordinate statutory filings with company secretaries
- Support process improvements and finance initiatives
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Experience in accounting and financial reporting roles
- Exposure to construction industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
