Healthcare FP and A Analyst - Al-Futtaim Health - Dubai, UAE

• Build and maintain driver-based budgets and rolling forecasts covering profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet
• Track actual performance versus budget and forecast, delivering clear variance analysis and actionable insights
• Develop financial models for new clinics, services, partnerships, and investment scenarios, including ROI and sensitivity analysis
• Support leadership decision-making through executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Analyze healthcare operational drivers such as patient volumes, payer mix, revenue cycle metrics, and service line profitability
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to improve planning processes, governance, and reporting tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement of FP and A tools and systems including Excel, SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI

• Proven experience working in a healthcare or medical setting supporting operational or clinical finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred
• For Analyst level: approximately 2-4 years of experience in FP and A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
• For Manager level: approximately 5-8 or more years of experience with strong business partnering exposure
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Clear communication skills with the ability to present complex analysis to senior stakeholders
