Healthcare FP and A Analyst or Manager - Al-Futtaim Health - Dubai, UAE

• Prepare and manage driver-based budgets and rolling forecasts covering profit and loss, cash flow, and balance sheet
• Monitor actual performance against plans and forecasts, delivering variance analysis with clear, actionable insights
• Develop financial models for new clinics, services, partnerships, and potential mergers or acquisitions
• Evaluate return on investment, payback periods, and scenario sensitivities for strategic initiatives
• Support senior management with executive-ready financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Analyze healthcare operational drivers including patient volumes, payer mix, revenue cycle metrics, and service line profitability
• Partner with Finance and Operations teams to strengthen planning processes, governance, and reporting cadence
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools and systems such as SAP, Anaplan, Excel, and Power BI

• Proven experience working in a medical or healthcare setting supporting operational or clinical finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred
• Analyst level: approximately 2-4 years of experience in FP and A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
• Manager level: approximately 5-8 or more years of experience with strong business partnering exposure
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills
• Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders
