  • Build long-term relationships and guide partners using consultative business strategies
  • Create joint business plans that increase order volume, customer engagement, and basket value
  • Identify revenue streams through promotions, marketing tools, and platform visibility solutions
  • Analyze performance dashboards and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
  • Lead execution of campaigns while ensuring return on investment for partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align operations, marketing, and product strategies
  • Maintain accountability for partner success, focusing on conversion and customer experience improvements
Ideal Profile
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales roles
  • Strong background in e-commerce, Q-commerce, or food and beverage sector
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage commercial performance
  • Skilled in data analysis and using tools such as Excel or reporting dashboards
  • Experience working with restaurants, bakeries, or similar businesses preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication capabilities
