Our client is a multi-industry corporation specializing in high-end equipment manufacturing, oil and gas engineering and technical services. With a team of about 7,000 staff worldwide, they are now opening a new manufacturing location in UAE. Education & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years recruitment experience (mid-to-senior level)
  • MENA or international recruitment experience preferred
  • Oil & gas / energy / engineering background is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple hires independently
  • Fluent in English (preferred American/British)
  • Chinese fluency highly preferred
Description
In this role you will serve as a key driver in delivering mid-to-senior level talent acquisition across the MENA region and contribute directly to the execution of the company's global talent strategy. As part of an international expansion agenda, the position requires a strong understanding of the MENA talent landscape, including market dynamics, compensation trends, and hiring challenges. The role focuses on attracting critical and key talent while ensuring all recruitment activities are fully compliant with local labor laws, employment regulations, and governance standards. Through high-quality hiring delivery, market insight, and continuous improvement of recruitment practices, this position supports the development of strong organizational capabilities and sustainable business growth across the region.Role & Responsibilities:
1. Mid-to-Senior Level Hiring Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles across the MENA region
  • Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding follow-up
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery for critical hiring needs
2. Talent Market Intelligence & Sourcing Strategy
  • Monitor MENA talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity
  • Develop talent maps for key industries and critical talent segments
  • Build and maintain diverse sourcing channels (agencies, job platforms, networks, referrals)
  • Improve sourcing efficiency and hiring precision through data and insight
3. Recruitment Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure full compliance with MENA labor laws, visa regulations, and recruitment policies
  • Identify and mitigate recruitment-related compliance risks
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR teams to strengthen governance frameworks
4. Recruitment Process Optimization (COE Collaboration)
  • Support development of global recruitment frameworks, tools, and standards
  • Improve recruitment workflows, assessment methods, and interview structures
  • Track key metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement
5. Candidate Management & Employer Branding
  • Build and maintain long-term pipelines of mid-to-senior level talent
  • Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campaigns, and industry engagement activities
6. Cross-Cultural Communication & Business Support
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to align hiring requirements
  • Support cross-cultural communication throughout recruitment processes
  • Assist in ensuring cultural fit and smooth onboarding transitions
7. HR Collaboration & Additional Support
  • Support broader HR initiatives and talent development projects
  • Contribute to organizational capability-building activities
  • Provide support for additional HR-related tasks as required
