The Project Engineer will report to the Project Manager and support QSR fit-out projects from design and tender stages through construction, completion, and authority approvalsClient DetailsOur client is a leading F&B company backed by a prominent regional private equity firm headquartered in Dubai. Timely delivery of projects in line with approved schedules and budgets.Achievement of key project milestones from design through handover.Quality execution with minimal defects and snag-free handovers.Timely submission and approval of required local authority permits.Efficient collection, comparison, and evaluation of quotations.Effective site coordination, progress reporting, and compliance with safety and HSE standards.ProfileA successful Projects Engineer should have:
A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.Proven experience in managing construction projects or interior fit outs in F&B projects in UAEStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with safety and quality standards in construction.Proficiency in relevant software and technology for project management.Job Offer
