As we grow our fleet and warehouse teams, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to handle end-to-end hiring for drivers, warehouse staff, loaders, and support roles. This is a key position that will directly impact our operational growth.Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and mid-level positions (Light/Heavy Truck Drivers, Warehouse Assistants, Logistics Coordinators, etc.);
Post job ads on Bayt.com, LinkedIn, GulfTalent, Naukrigulf, WhatsApp groups, and local recruitment channels;
Source candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and walk-ins;
Screen CVs, conduct phone/video interviews, arrange in-person interviews and driving tests;
Coordinate with hiring managers for final selection and offer letters;
Handle UAE visa processes (new visas, transfers, medicals, Emirates ID, labor card);
Maintain accurate recruitment tracker, ATS system, and monthly hiring reports;
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of drivers and logistics talent;
Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources guidelines;
Support HR team with onboarding, employee engagement activities, and ad-hoc HR tasks.
