Requirements:Previous experience as Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role within a high-end Turkish restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of Turkish cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations
Excellent team leadership and communication skills
Currently based in Dubai with legal right to work
Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management
