You are a strategic and analytical professional with expertise in planning, performance management, and quality assurance, skilled in cross-departmental coordination and turning data into actionable insights. Proactive and detail-oriented, you effectively support both leadership and operational teams.Skills & Competencies:
  • Strategic planning, KPIs, performance management, and quality standards
  • Data analysis and reporting with actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills across teams
  • Analytical, professional, and self-driven, able to work independently or in a team
Education & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, PMP)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, quality assurance, or organizational development, preferably within government, semi-government, or education sectors
  • Experience developing strategic plans, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports
  • Experience supporting accreditation processes or working in academic or government institutions
Description
In this role, you will support the organization's strategic growth and institutional effectiveness by assisting in the development and execution of strategic plans, monitoring performance, supporting quality assurance, and ensuring alignment across departments. You will provide leadership with actionable insights and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.Role & Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Performance:
  • Support the development, implementation, and review of strategic plans and business objectives
  • Assist in designing and executing performance management frameworks, KPIs, and balanced scorecards
  • Monitor performance against strategic goals and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Analyse internal and external data to inform decision-making and performance reporting
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment between operational plans and strategic objectives
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for executive leadership
  • Facilitate strategic planning workshops and periodic performance review meetings
  • Conduct benchmarking and maintain awareness of industry best practices
Office Coordination & Staff Support:
  • Coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Support communication and task follow-up between management and staff to enhance productivity and accountability
Quality Assurance & Accreditation Support:
  • Contribute to implementing quality assurance frameworks for institutional and program-level accreditation
  • Monitor curriculum implementation and support continuous improvement in collaboration with academic departments
  • Track compliance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies.
  • Ensure alignment with the Ministry of Higher Education and relevant accrediting bodies on academic standards and reporting
