- Manage a customer portfolio of 700-800 primarily non-borrowing clients
- Achieve monthly and annual KPIs related to portfolio value, revenue, cross-sell, and product activation
- Promote and cross-sell bank products including current accounts, loans, trade finance, FX services, and insurance
- Refer and upgrade clients to Sales and Coverage RMs within the segment
- Drive market penetration through referrals and new-to-bank client acquisition
- Maintain updated records including KYC and due diligence
- Handle account conduct, current account excesses, and ensure clean onboarding
- Monitor daily performance metrics and maintain accurate sales reports
- Maintain high levels of service and transparency with all customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
- Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in banking, preferably in client-facing, sales, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with retail or commercial banking functions is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
- Understanding of bank products, compliance protocols, and sales governance
- Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong market awareness
