- Assisting in identifying and recommending strategies to enhance the performance of digital marketing activities across various channels such as web, mobile, email, social media, and search, in collaboration with the local and global Strategic Marketing and Digital Marketing teams.
- Supporting the definition of regional Ask Hilti (Engineering Center) roadmap by working with Engineering Marketing, F&P BUs, and Ask Hilti development team to enhance the end-user experience and meet internal customer needs.
- Assisting in coordinating with Global ECC and BUs Engineering Marketing to shape the editorial page for specifiers, including drafting and testing editorial pages, and coordinating with markets for local publication, particularly focusing on reshaping specifier-relevant editorials on HOL during the transition to add the Engineering Center tab.
- Contributing to defining, implementing, and monitoring the performance of Engagement Marketing flows and Lead Generation processes for specifiers, and share best practices for improvement with the organization, including EM flows for PROFIS Engineering, Ask Hilti, and Regional Flows in META.
- Assisting in the improvement of specifier data quality
- Collaborating with various teams (software, digital marketing, product/BU/Trade managers, global digital) to develop strategies for measuring the impact of digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting in developing strategies to enhance digital marketing activities and campaigns that drive specifier/customer journeys across web, mobile, email, social media, and search.
- Supporting the management of the AskHilti.com platform by contributing to prioritizing the roadmap to improve the online experience for specifier/customer journey.
- Assisting in managing the SEO portfolio, conducting keyword research, and optimizing SEO/SEM content marketing strategy for AskHilti.com.
- Collaborating with internal teams to plan social media and paid media activities.
- Supporting internal stakeholders in increasing digital analytics measurement plans and reporting on the performance of digital content and campaigns.
- 2-3 years Experience in working in a digital role with a strong understanding of CRM integration across digital touchpoints, with the objective of driving a commercial pipeline for the business. Preferred Engineering.
- Passion and understanding of digital/social media channels and how to leverage them to drive awareness and engagement amongst the target audience
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mind and an eye for detail
- An enthusiastic attitude, with a result-oriented and pro-active mindset
- Exceptional time management and planning skills to integrate with regional stakeholders and manage a pipeline of projects as per roadmaps put into place
