● Analyze inputs from scanning tools, vendor submissions, and integrations to identify
assortment gaps across categories.
● Manage the end-to-end process of assortment additions-from gap identification to
item listing coordinating with multiple stakeholders
● Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
● Track listing progress and report status updates, blockers, and risks on an ongoing
basis.
● Maintain data accuracy across systems, with high attention to detail and ownershipQualifications
- A keen eye for detail and strong comfort working with data and numbers across large data sets.
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., filters, lookups, formulas).
- Familiarity with PIM systems, ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, Salesforce), or web-based portals is a plus.
- A structured mindset and willingness to take ownership of process execution.
- Ability to communicate clearly and follow through on coordination tasks with multiple teams.
