  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with Ghasha Concession and ADNOC Upstream objectives.
  • Supervise creation and approval of communication materials including newsletters, briefs, reports, digital content, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with ADNOC brand identity standards and strategic messaging narrative.
  • Prepare executive-level materials such as corporate films, speeches, conference presentations, intranet and website content.
  • Manage corporate events, sponsorship activation, promotional campaigns, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication efforts with Ghasha Concession partners, contractors, and ADNOC Group entities.
  • Serve as primary liaison between upstream directorates, corporate functions, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor audience perception and evaluate communication effectiveness to enhance brand positioning.
  • Maintain communication databases and manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and contractors.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on communication priorities and reputational matters.
  • Oversee budget planning and cost control for communication activities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, HSE policies, and ADNOC Code of Practices.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive corporate communications experience within oil and gas or large multi-sector organizations.
  • At least 6 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in communication strategy development and execution.
  • Proven experience in promotional content creation, event management, and media engagement.
  • Knowledge of ADNOC operations and upstream sector dynamics.
  • Strong English and Arabic written communication skills.
  • Advanced understanding of stakeholder management and reputation risk mitigation.
