Craft executive messaging for senior leadership including speeches, presentations, and internal announcements.
Manage internal communication channels to ensure timely updates and consistent messaging across the organization.
Support employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, surveys, and feedback systems.
Analyse communication effectiveness using employee feedback and performance data to improve engagement strategies.
Develop internal communication plans to support organizational change initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to align communication messaging across departments.
Coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and manage administrative communication activities.
Work with external agencies or communication suppliers to support culture and engagement initiatives.
Ensure communication materials align with ADNOC brand guidelines and corporate communication standards.
Provide recommendations to enhance employee engagement and internal communication effectiveness.Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or people development roles.
Experience working in large international organizations with complex operational structures.
Strong experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Proven ability to develop high-quality communication materials and engagement campaigns.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple communication initiatives in fast-paced corporate environments.
