Key responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales, logistics & technical teams
Prepare quotations and track orders
Manage complaints professionally
Prepare material submittals, warranty certificates & QA/QC sample requestsRequirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
1-2 years of experience (construction chemicals preferred)
Strong communication & organizational skills
