- Support daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk in accordance with service standards and operational procedures.
- Provide customers with directions, store information, and details about ongoing promotional campaigns or events.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in line with established service guidelines and service level agreements.
- Coordinate with management and internal departments to resolve customer service issues promptly.
- Support gift card or promotional program activities and ensure accurate payment handling when required.
- Ensure all customer service activities comply with operational policies and service quality standards.
- Contribute to creating a welcoming and memorable customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.

- Familiarity with retail operations or hospitality service standards is an advantage.
