- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order status
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Support internal coordination to streamline operations and resolve issues
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (manufacturing or packaging industry preferred)
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Candidate must currently be based in the UAE
